Interested in updates to emergency safety?

If you’re looking for emergency safety updates… Then BACO 2018 is for you.

In an increasing era of sub-specialisation it is increasingly difficult to keep up to date across a broad range of emergency areas, yet almost all ENT surgeons have emergency responsibilities for these areas.  BACO offers expert delivery of topics at generalist level and is your essential emergency update.

On Wednesday starting with emergency safe adult cadaveric dissection session there will be demonstrations of arterial ligations for epistaxis and frontal trephination for sinus complications.  The paediatric update session will give approaches to common emergencies such as complications of otitis media and deep neck space infections.  An instructional session is available on laryngeal trauma.

On Thursday within the rhinology update session there is a specific topic on management of rhinosinusitis and embedded within the British Society of Otology cadaveric session is a demonstration of cortical mastoidectomy.  An instructional session from an international expert covers compromised and critical airways in children.

On Friday there is an update on the latest management of sensorineural hearing loss.

If you provide emergency cover for ENT, these are expert updates you can’t afford to miss.
