Dr. Steven E. Sobol completed his medical school education and otolaryngology residency at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. After completing his fellowship in pediatric otolarynglogy at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), he went on to become Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Sobol is currently Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine. He serves as fellowship program director in the Division of Otolaryngology and is a member of the Center for Pediatric Airway Disorders at CHOP.
He is the author of more than 70 peer reviewed publications and chapters and is Editor of the textbook “Disorders of the Neonatal Airway: Fundamentals for Practice”.
